Red Wagon Institute has joined the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) as an associate member. The addition is to expand access to leadership and communication training for the association's member companies.
Through the partnership, AGEM members can access all Red Wagon Institute courses at discounted, members-only rates. The programs focus on leadership, team-building, and communication training for organizations of various sizes and are designed for adult learners across all levels of staff.
Red Wagon Institute Founder and Master Trainer Paul Speirs-Hernandez said the collaboration connects the institute’s expertise with gaming suppliers seeking structured professional development.
“We are thrilled to become an associate member of AGEM,” Speirs-Hernandez said. “Our lead trainers have decades of experience in the gaming industry, including operations, communication, and human resources, and we are excited to bring our powerful combination of experiential-based learning to AGEM members.”
The company has previously conducted training for several AGEM member organizations. According to Red Wagon Institute, leadership teams that participated in these programs reported measurable improvements in team communication and overall performance.
Based in Las Vegas, AGEM is a non-profit international trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, table games, components, and support products and services. The organization represents suppliers in policy discussions, trade show collaborations, and educational initiatives across global markets.
AGEM also participates in the legislative process and works with regulatory agencies to promote a business environment conducive to the success of gaming equipment suppliers. Its associate members include companies connected to gaming suppliers through their products, services, or professional engagement in the industry.
