SOFTSWISS joins Responsible Gambling Summit 2025 in South Africa

iGaming technology provider SOFTSWISS is partnering with South African organisations for the Responsible Gambling Summit 2025, taking place 13–14 November in Johannesburg.

The summit, organised by the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation (SARGF), will bring together regulators, operators, and experts to promote harm minimisation and industry collaboration. The programme covers policy, compliance, innovation, and public education, with sessions on illegal market impacts, regulatory updates, and technology’s role in prevention.

A SOFTSWISS representative will join the panel “Innovation, Technology, and Responsible Gambling” to discuss emerging digital risks and mitigation strategies.

In line with this commitment, SOFTSWISS’ Anti-Fraud team has prevented over €15 million (US$17.4 million) in fraudulent transactions from January to August 2025, resolved more than 56,000 tasks, and processed 70 player complaints. The company continues to strengthen tools against emerging threats, including AI-generated deepfakes.

The summit will conclude with an awards gala dinner recognising achievements in responsible gambling.
