Meridianbet, the sports betting and gaming operator owned by Golden Matrix Group, has selected Fast Track as its customer engagement platform, with rollout planned across Europe, Africa and South America, supporting operations that span 18 regulated jurisdictions.

The Malta-headquartered operator, founded in 2001, runs an omni-channel business across retail, desktop online and mobile channels. The company said the rollout forms part of its ongoing player engagement strategy across its international operations.

Managing engagement across multiple jurisdictions

Meridianbet selected Fast Track to support customer engagement activities across its brands while addressing the requirements of operating in multiple regulated markets.

"We needed a platform built for the realities of our business - multiple jurisdictions, multiple channels, and the regulatory frameworks that come with each market," said Boris Čorni, Director of Tech at Meridianbet.

"Fast Track understands that operating environment in a way very few others do, and the platform gives us the foundation to operate consistently across all of it. We are excited about what this partnership will let us build for our players."

According to the companies, Fast Track will provide Meridianbet with a single real-time customer model across its brands. The deployment will also include Fast Track AI, which offers natural-language and agentic-workflow capabilities that allow operators to interact with the platform conversationally and assign end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.

CRM platform and AI capabilities

Fast Track said its technology is designed to help operators acquire, engage and retain players in regulated gaming markets through a real-time platform.

"Running an operation across 18 regulated jurisdictions is genuinely hard, and Meridianbet has built that at a scale very few in our industry can match. That is exactly the kind of environment Fast Track was built for, and we are looking forward to the work ahead together," said Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track.

Fast Track describes itself as an AI-native technology company focused on CRM for the iGaming sector. The company notes that its platform is used by more than 200 operators supporting over 500 brands worldwide.
