SiGMA Asia 2025 opened in Manila on Monday with an agenda combining executive networking, product showcases, and a charitable auction, as gaming industry stakeholders from around the world gather for a three-day program of business and fundraising activities.
The event began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the SMX Convention Center, led by Malta’s Ambassador to China, John Busuttil, along with SiGMA Group CEO Emily Micallef and SiGMA Asia Managing Director Neil Shih. Busuttil addressed attendees prior to the ribbon-cutting, which officially marked the opening of conference doors.
SiGMA Asia is now in its third edition since its introduction to the region in 2023. The conference includes participation from international exhibitors, technology providers, gaming operators, and regulatory representatives.
Following the opening, guests were guided through the exhibition floor, which spans two levels and features several hundred international exhibitors. The venue also includes networking areas and panel sessions involving executives from across the industry.
Running through June 4, the event schedule includes keynote presentations, workshops, and forums covering gaming regulation, technology trends, operational models, and investment outlooks. Attendees represent the diversity of sectors within the gaming and tech industries.
Ahead of the official launch, a gala awards ceremony was held Monday evening. The event recognized achievements in the sector and included a fundraising auction organized by the SiGMA Foundation. Funds raised will support projects under the foundation’s current initiatives.
