Affiliate management platform ReferOn has launched a new built-in interface layer called Refie that it says will make interaction with system data faster and more intuitive by providing real-time visual feedback inside the platform.
The company describes Refie as a “living interface” designed to improve how users perceive and act on complex affiliate performance data. The feature appears in onboarding screens and system state pages, visually reflecting live system behavior.
Refie is not a chatbot or mascot, but a user experience layer intended to reduce distractions and help affiliate managers work more efficiently while staying aligned with real-time performance. The company refers to the concept as “lazy intelligence,” where systems anticipate user needs to simplify decision-making.

Refie serves as the foundation for future enhancements, according to the company’s product roadmap. Planned features include gamification, engagement tools, and what the firm describes as a shift toward intelligent assistance, evolving Refie from a visual signal into a personal AI agent within the platform.
“Refie isn’t just an add-on or feature — it’s a reflection of how our platform and team think. For years, affiliate platforms have been built for reporting, not for people. We wanted to change that. Refie was born to simplify. He embodies how we think about technology: clarity, control, and connection should feel natural, not forced,” said Vlad Bondarenko, ReferOn’s Head of Product.
“With Refie, ReferOn has learned how to say hi — not with words, but quietly, through awareness. It’s how the system shows it understands what’s happening. He represents the moment ReferOn moved beyond functionality and toward awareness, emotion, and intelligence. The launch goal is to show that the era of faceless B2B tools is ending,” he added.
ReferOn will demonstrate Refie and its latest platform updates at SiGMA Central Europe in Rome, where attendees will be able to engage with the new interface at Booth 5044, the living interface making its first public debut.
