“The Lucky Ladies side bet is an ideal addition to our new Blackjack Pro product,” commented James Crawford, PokerTek’s President. “It gives our customers an additional method to increase overall revenue, and it offers players one of the industry’s most popular betting options on an electronic platform.”
To place a Lucky Ladies bet, players place a wager before the Blackjack hand is dealt, betting that their first two cards will equal 20. If the bet is placed and won, the player is paid 4-1 up to 1000-1 depending on the combination of cards that make up the twenty they receive. Casinos are able to set the wager limits and maximum payoff amounts.
PokerTek recently unveiled its new ProCore electronic table game platform, and Blackjack Pro is the first game to be offered on that platform. Blackjack Pro with the Lucky Ladies side bet is being shown at the Global Gaming Exposition in Las Vegas on November 16-18, in PokerTek’s booth number 1210.
