Hard Rock has launched a dedicated customer service center inside its Atlantic City retail property to provide on-the-ground assistance for its online players. The new facility allows customers using Hard Rock Bet to receive direct help with questions about the platform.
Situated in South Jersey’s casino hub, the service location leverages Hard Rock’s brick-and-mortar presence to deepen engagement with local and visiting players.
The space operates around the clock, offering a 24/7 resource where guests can address app-related concerns face-to-face, reports PlayNJ. According to Casino Senior Vice President Grant Williams, the center is designed to build closer connections with players, allowing the brand to gather feedback and strengthen loyalty through meaningful interactions.
“We want to meet our players wherever they are, hear their feedback on our product, and forge more personal, face-to-face relationships,” Williams said. “It’s our goal to create a more connected entertainment experience, however and wherever someone interacts with the Hard Rock brand."
"Whether on Hard Rock Bet or in-person in Atlantic City, we want players to be able to immerse themselves in the brand’s legendary hospitality, play their same favorite games, and take advantage of our loyalty program to earn incredible rewards through Unity by Hard Rock.”
The center also includes demo stations where customers can try out online slots and table games in a no-risk setting. This feature gives newcomers an opportunity to learn gameplay mechanics without wagering real money, aligning with Hard Rock’s push to educate and support users in a low-pressure environment.
