Gaming supplier Wazdan has been shortlisted in five categories at the SBC Awards Americas 2026, highlighting its growth and regional expansion across North and Latin America.
The company was nominated for Women’s Empowerment Initiative of the Year, Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year, Industry Innovation of the Year – Latin America, and Casino Supplier of the Year in both North America and Latin America.
The recognition follows Wazdan’s positive performance at last year's edition of the awards, where it won Innovation of the Year, underscoring its focus on product development and market-driven solutions.
The latest nominations reflect the company’s expanding footprint in regulated markets across the Americas, alongside its emphasis on responsible growth, product innovation, and workforce initiatives.
Over the past year, Wazdan has strengthened its presence in North America while accelerating expansion in Latin America, supported by a portfolio designed around distinct game mechanics and localized content for operators.
The SBC Awards Americas recognise companies and initiatives shaping the betting and gaming sectors across the region.
Izabela Slodkowska-Popiel, Head of Account Management for North America and Latin America at Wazdan, said: “Being shortlisted across five categories at the SBC Awards Americas 2026 is a very meaningful recognition for Wazdan and the teams behind our growth across the region.
“North America and Latin America are both incredibly important to our global strategy, and each market requires a thoughtful, localised approach. These nominations reflect not only the strength of our portfolio but also the work we put into understanding our partners, supporting regulated market growth, and delivering content that resonates with players.
“We are especially pleased to see recognition across such a broad range of categories, from supplier excellence to social responsibility and women’s empowerment. It shows the wider impact of our work and the direction we are continuing to build as a company.”
