SOFTSWISS, a global iGaming software provider, has expanded its Casino Platform with Motion, a no-code workflow automation tool. Designed for CRM and retention teams, the Motion feature reduces the need for technical involvement in everyday workflows, allowing operators to launch bonus campaigns, manage segmentation, and tag players faster and independently.

Most casino operators face similar operational constraints. Automating scenarios such as bonus issuance, segmentation, or player tagging often requires technical involvement, configuration support, or manual execution, SOFTSWISS noted.

Teams rely on configuration files, Technical Account Manager support, or repetitive back-office actions, which delay campaign launches and increase operational overhead. For CRM and retention teams, this dependency on technical resources means slower execution and less autonomy over day-to-day player engagement.

The Motion feature runs on three elements: a trigger, a condition, and an action. Together, they define when a rule fires, who it applies to, and what happens next.

Operators create workflows through a visual interface by connecting these three elements. A trigger initiates the process, such as player registration, deposit, or a scheduled event. Conditions define which players the rule applies to, for example, based on deposit amount, segment, country, or device. The action determines the automated outcome, such as issuing a bonus, assigning a tag, moving a player to a group, or sending a notification.

Once activated, these rules run automatically in real time, without manual involvement. Motion does not require additional integrations and can be enabled within one business day for operators already live on the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform.

Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, comments: “Motion addresses a common operational constraint for operators – the dependency on technical resources for everyday CRM execution."

"By enabling teams to define and run player logic directly within the platform, it removes delays and manual steps. This allows CRM and retention teams to focus on strategy and player engagement, while supporting a shift toward more autonomous, where business teams can act faster and rely less on technical mediation.”

SOFTSWISS said operators across more than 130 casino projects are already using Motion to automate bonus mechanics, player tagging, and segmentation workflows across retention and reactivation campaigns. Early results, according to the company, point to faster campaign execution and reduced reliance on back-office support, with teams reporting plans to expand automation across more player lifecycle scenarios.
