iGaming software provider SOFTSWISS has introduced a new Notification Center within its Casino Platform to improve how operators communicate with players and increase engagement and retention.
The feature provides a centralized in-site inbox where all player messages are stored, ensuring important communications are not missed. Unlike email or web-push notifications, the in-platform inbox remains accessible whenever players return to the casino.
Available on desktop and mobile, the Notification Center supports promotional campaigns, product updates, system alerts, security notices, and compliance-related messages such as KYC updates.
SOFTSWISS said the tool will help operators deliver more targeted communications through advanced player segmentation, encourage repeat visits, improve awareness of platform changes, and ensure reliable delivery of regulatory messages. The company expects the feature to increase deposit attempts and drive gross gaming revenue growth within three months of launch.
Alexander Lupych, Deputy Chief Product Officer at SOFTSWISS, comments on the launch: “The Notification Center is another step towards a true player-first approach. It allows players to receive real-time notifications and provides operators with more accurate analytics on their communication campaigns.
"Players now have an inbox with convenient categorisation of incoming messages, including real-time websocket notifications and Customer.io messages, all accessible within the platform.”
The new Notification Center expands SOFTSWISS’ Casino Platform retention tools and strengthens in-platform communication between operators and players.
