Flamingo Las Vegas is launching a major renovation as it prepares to celebrate its 80th anniversary in 2026.
The upgrades will include a fully redesigned lobby featuring an all-new bar, an enhanced VIP check-in area, and refreshed public spaces. Bugsy’s Bar, a longtime staple on the casino floor, will also undergo a top-to-bottom transformation.
The redesign, led by Allard & Conversano Design, aims to elevate the guest experience with contemporary touches while preserving the resort’s signature tropical flair. Imagery of the property’s namesake flamingo will be incorporated throughout the refreshed spaces, adding both whimsy and historical nods.
Guests arriving at the new lobby can expect a pod-style front desk, bronze flamingo sculptures, and custom murals. The centerpiece will be the lobby bar — a 20-seat venue offering tabletop gaming, wraparound TVs, and a social lounge atmosphere.
On the casino floor, the revamped Bugsy’s Bar will debut with a bold visual identity and a creative cocktail program, serving guests around the clock.
“We’re introducing fresh designs that complement the recent additions to the property, creating spaces that feel modern yet unmistakably Flamingo,” said Dan Walsh, SVP and General Manager of the resort. “The resort has always been an icon on The Strip, and these renovations ensure it remains a vibrant, must-visit destination for years to come."
The project builds on the Flamingo’s recent wave of additions, including Pinky’s by Vanderpump, Gordon Ramsay Burger, Havana 1957, and the new Go Pool. Coming in 2025 are Salt & Straw ice cream and Category 10, a Luke Combs-inspired entertainment experience by Opry Entertainment Group.
