SUZOHAPP returns to G2E Las Vegas with streamlined product lineup

SUZOHAPP showcased its cash management and payment technology on its return to G2E Las Vegas this month, presenting a streamlined product lineup designed for gaming operators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

At this year’s event, the company opted to feature select solutions from its portfolio, ranging from essential hardware components to fully integrated self-service terminals. The approach centered on reconnecting with customers and partners following a period of internal transition.

“SUZOHAPP has been through quite a transitional period in the last 12 months,” said Geoff McDowell, President of SUZOHAPP. “This year was all about reconnecting—with our customers, our partners, and the broader industry. G2E is the one place where you know you’ll meet everyone who matters, making it the perfect platform to reintroduce ourselves.”

Over the past year, SUZOHAPP has implemented several operational changes intended to streamline processes, advance product development, and reinforce its global support network. The company said these updates have already contributed to more effective engagement with customers and partners at the event.

Rather than exhibiting its full catalog, SUZOHAPP chose to concentrate on solutions that best represent its primary technology segments. According to the company, the focused display allowed for more in-depth discussions with attendees and a clearer presentation of its current business direction.

“We’ve had fantastic meetings with a lot of new people—some discovering SUZOHAPP for the first time, others seeing us in a fresh light,” McDowell said. “It’s been energizing to share what we’re capable of and begin building new relationships.”

Following G2E, SUZOHAPP plans to continue engaging with industry partners through collaboration and customer outreach initiatives. Its next exhibition appearance will take place at ICE in Barcelona from January 19–21, 2026, at booth 3F24.

With more than 60 years of experience, SUZOHAPP manufactures and distributes products for the gaming, amusement, and sports betting markets. The company’s portfolio includes a wide range of components available for immediate distribution and for developing custom-built applications.
