Evoke has appointed Mark Summerfield as chair of its Gaming Compliance Committee and added Sean Wilkins as a new member, further strengthening its governance framework across its gaming operations.
The company confirmed the committee now comprises Summerfield, Ori Shaked, and Wilkins, with the appointments made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, which governs committee composition and corporate governance standards.
Evoke oversees several major gaming brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green. The group said the refreshed committee structure will help maintain compliance and regulatory oversight in the UK and other markets at a time when major operators are tightening internal controls amid evolving regulatory expectations.
The announcement follows product enhancements to Evoke’s William Hill Vegas platform, including an upgraded app and website featuring AI-driven personalisation, cleaner navigation, and a new interface.
“The new app represented a significant upgrade in user experience with a slicker interface and cleaner navigation,” said Greg Bailey, William Hill Vegas Gaming Director.
Evoke said the William Hill Vegas updates reflect its continued focus on responsible gaming and innovation. The enhancements follow the rollout of William Hill’s free-to-play “Final One Standing” sports product ahead of the current football season.
