Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation (YSMN) and its flagship Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel received multiple honors at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards held during the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas.
For the fifth consecutive year, YSMN was named Responsible Business of the Year, a recognition that highlights two decades of community investment and responsible leadership. The tribe has contributed more than $450 million toward direct-impact initiatives, including programs to advance Tribal law education at UCLA, expand healthcare access through SAC Health, and support vulnerable populations through Mary’s Mercy Center in San Bernardino, California. YSMN also funds responsible gaming initiatives across California and the United States.
“We are inspired by the values handed to us throughout the generations by our ancestors and motivated by our youth so that future generations may also live by these same values that have enabled us to continue our Yuhaaviatam heritage,” said Lynn Valbuena, Chairwoman of the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation. “Our Tribe is grateful to our team for their dedication to our shared values and to our peers for this recognition, and we congratulate our fellow Global Gaming Awards honorees.”
Yaamava’ Resort & Casino retained its Property of the Year title for a second straight year, underscoring its position as one of North America’s leading gaming destinations. The property, the only AAA Five Diamond casino resort in the region, offers 7,400 slot machines, 150 table games, five high-limit rooms, fine dining venues, a Forbes Five Star spa, and a live entertainment program.
“We are honored to be recognized across three distinguished categories at the Global Gaming Awards,” said Kenji Hall, General Manager of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. “These awards reflect the passion and dedication of the Tribe and our entire team. From dynamic gaming experiences to exceptional hospitality, we strive to exceed expectations every day.”
Club Serrano, Yaamava’s loyalty program, placed among the top three for “Customer Loyalty Program of the Year”. The program offers members benefits at Yaamava’ and Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, as well as access to Monarch Beach Golf Links at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach. Members also receive exclusive promotions and prizes such as Action Comics #1, the 2025 Mustang GT 60th anniversary edition, and custom luxury watches.
