Regency Casino Thessaloniki introduces Piazza Project with global slot suppliers

Aristocrat Gaming, IGT, and Light & Wonder have come together at Regency Casino Thessaloniki's newly launched Piazza Project, marking the first time the three slot machine suppliers are featured jointly in a single European venue.

The Piazza Project consists of four gaming halls, dining facilities, and live entertainment offerings in an open-air setting. According to Regency Casino Thessaloniki, the venue has been developed as a year-round international hub designed to integrate gaming with cultural and hospitality programming.

The opening was held over three days and drew more than 12,000 attendees. Guests had access to performances, food service, cultural presentations, and VIP gatherings.

"The Piazza Project represents a significant investment that brings together Aristocrat Gaming, IGT, and Light & Wonder for the first time in a single European venue. We're not just expanding our facilities – we're creating a year-round entertainment hub that will attract visitors from across the region and establish Greece as a leader in the European leisure and gaming market," said Yiannis Tsirikos, CEO of Regency Entertainment.

The Piazza is the latest addition to Regency Casino Thessaloniki, which has operated for more than three decades under Regency Entertainment. The group’s portfolio also includes the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki hotel and Regency Casino Mont Parnes in Athens.
