Arizona's Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is rolling out new player-focused technology from Aristocrat Interactive as part of a recent deal with the company’s Gaming Systems division.
The casino, a longtime user of Aristocrat’s Oasis casino management system, signed the agreement in December. The upgrade includes the PlayerMax mobile app, Mobile nCompass cardless solution, ONE LINK progressive management, and the Oasis Loyalty suite. Installation is underway and will continue throughout the summer.

The enhancements will enable the casino to deliver real-time progressive jackpot data to both marquee video displays and electronic gaming machines (EGMs) across the floor through the ONE LINK system. Meanwhile, the Oasis Loyalty suite will offer advanced campaign and tier management tools, streamlining operations and enhancing player retention.
Guests will also benefit from the new PlayerMax app, which offers a mix of interactive features, including live progressive jackpots, tailored rewards, and real-time, location-based notifications. With the Mobile nCompass feature, players can seamlessly “card-in” using their mobile devices, eliminating the need for a physical players’ card.
