“It’s going to be a party for the ages.” That’s how Derek Stevens, CEO and co-owner of Circa Resort & Casino, describes Slotapalooza—a full-day slot event the downtown Las Vegas property is promoting as the “World’s Largest Slot Party.”
Set for July 19, Slotapalooza is free and open to guests 21 and older. The event will feature a slot tournament, $20,000 in free play, prize giveaways, an open bar, and player merchandise—all part of a marketing push combining casino play with on-property experiences.
Stevens added that the event will be “celebrating the players who bring our casino floor to life every day with a day they’ll never forget," according to a Las Vegas Review-Journal report.

The slot tournament runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the Cleopatra machines by Circa Collections on the second level. Participants will be given a single entry and a two-minute session to compete. The top player can choose between a Game King Poker slot machine or $2,500 in cash. The top 50 qualifiers will receive $15,000 in total slot freeplay.
The evening portion of the event begins at 7 p.m., offering a two-hour open bar and “1312 Club” T-shirts for players seated at machines. An additional $5,000 in slot free play will be awarded through hot seat drawings, conducted every 90 seconds over a 15-minute span.
“Circa has become known for our larger-than-life amenities — like the world’s largest sportsbook and Nevada’s longest bar Mega Bar — so we knew this slots weekend would be no exception,” Stevens told Review-Journal.

In addition to Slotapalooza, Circa is offering a seasonal hospitality promotion. The “All-In Summer Experience” includes a two-night stay with all taxes and fees covered for $400. The package is valid for bookings through September 4.
Circa operates as an adults-only resort, and all attendees must be at least 21 to participate. With Slotapalooza, the property continues to tie event-based programming into its wider casino and hospitality offerings aimed at attracting both slot-focused players and visiting guests looking for a value-driven Las Vegas experience.
