A guest at The Venetian Resort won the casino’s largest-ever table games jackpot this week.
The anonymous player was dealt a spade royal flush while playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em on Wednesday, triggering the Millionaire Progressive’s mega tier, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
By placing a $5 side bet, the guest won $3,845,727, the biggest table games payout in the resort’s history, according to a Venetian spokesperson. The Millionaire Progressive has been active for seven years and is linked to several table games across The Venetian and The Palazzo casino floors.
This was not the only major win in Las Vegas this week. Maher Ouda of Mansfield, Texas, won $127,300 at Caesars Palace after a four-hour slot session on Wednesday. He hit the jackpot with a $200 bet on Lucky Looter$ Leprechaun, Caesars officials said. The casino congratulated him on social media, calling the slots “hot.”
At Cannery Casino, a player turned a 50-cent bet into $18,215.93 on a Lightning Link machine.
Durango Casino & Resort also reported a $71,000 win on Dragon Cash: Happy & Prosperous, after a player landed the game’s grand jackpot.
