Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas officially opened its new baccarat room on Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking another step in the property’s ongoing transformation.
Patrick Miller, President & CEO, and Grant Rogers, Vice President of Casino Operations, led the event, KSNV News 3 reported.
Miller said the new baccarat room was developed in response to growing interest in the property’s gaming operations. “This inviting new space marks the latest step in the ongoing transformation of our casino floor,” he said.
“As guest preferences continue to evolve, we remain committed to delivering a dynamic, inclusive gaming experience that reflects the energy and spirit of Rio Las Vegas," Miller added.
The new room features a sophisticated, modern design that aligns with Rio’s broader efforts to modernize the property. Located just off the main casino floor, the room aims to provide a high-end yet accessible environment for both novice and seasoned players.
The launch follows a series of recent enhancements at the property, including the debuts of Canteen Food Hall, Lapa Lounge, and Luckley Tavern & Grill.
