Station Casinos has expanded its sportsbook operations in Nevada with the launch of two new STN Sportsbooks at resorts in Mesquite. Following approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission, retail sportsbooks and mobile sign-up facilities are now operational at CasaBlanca Resort and Virgin River Casino & Lodge, both properties owned by Mesquite Entertainment.
The two sportsbooks began taking bets on Thursday, marking a new chapter in Station Casinos’ growing presence beyond the Las Vegas Valley. The move allows guests at the Mesquite properties to place wagers in person and sign up for the STN mobile betting platform on-site.
“We’re proud to expand our footprint in the Silver State through this partnership with Mesquite Entertainment,” said Jason McCormick, vice president of race and sports operations at Station Casinos.
The launch in Mesquite comes shortly after Station Casinos opened its first Las Vegas Strip location at Treasure Island. The company currently operates a network of casino-resorts across Southern Nevada, including its Wildfire brand and a retail sportsbook at El Cortez in Downtown Las Vegas.
The companies revealed plans to open an STN Sportsbook inside The Golden Circle at Treasure Island, following regulatory approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission.
