iGaming software provider SOFTSWISS celebrated its 15th anniversary by hosting a four-day festival on the Mediterranean coast, bringing together more than 2,000 employees and partners from around the globe for Young Fest, the culmination of a year-long series of anniversary events.
Founded by three people and now employing a workforce of over 2,000 across offices in Malta, Georgia, and Poland—as well as remote teams in countries including Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, and South Africa—SOFTSWISS has grown into a global technology partner supporting more than 1,200 iGaming brands.
“I’m happy to bring everyone together and connect in person. These days were filled with meaningful conversations, tons of fun, and a true festival spirit,” said Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS. “I’m proud that even after 15 years in business, we still maintain a spirit of innovation, boldness, and self-expression. Young Fest is a perfect reflection of that mindset.”
Young Fest featured a mix of live performances, team-building activities, workshops, and networking sessions in an informal atmosphere. While musical headliners such as Little Big and Intelligency drew attention, it was the participation of SOFTSWISS employees and partners—including DJ sets by team members and Montik himself—that highlighted the company’s collaborative and creative culture.
“Bringing together 2,000 people from 30 countries for four days on the Mediterranean coast was no small feat,” said Liudmila Glasunova, Co-Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS. “With a distributed workforce, this was an important opportunity for everyone to connect in person. Nothing builds team spirit better than real, human interaction.”
SOFTSWISS’ commitment to internal culture has drawn industry recognition before; its Values Fest event won Best Corporate Event at the Global Eventex Awards in 2024.
