Oneida Indian Nation officials have announced that a multimillion-dollar entertainment wing expansion of the Yellow Brick Road Casino & Sports Book in Chittenango is set to open on Feb. 11.
The addition, which has been under construction for several months will include “The Lanes” - six lanes of bowling- an indoor Top Golf swing suite, pool tables, shuffleboard, sports betting, a bar and new dining choices.
There also will be more than 65 additional slot machines and 20 LED TV screens, Syracuse.com reports. Other games also will be available including dodgeball, baseball pitching, soccer, hockey and more.

The Oneida Nation has spent $10 million on the addition, which includes a new exterior facade, a new gaming floor with a contemporary industrial design and The Lounge with Caesars Sports, the sports book area.
The renovation and new entertainment venue adds 125 new jobs, said Joel Barkin, spokesman for the Oneida Nation. Of those, 20 are in the new venue.
The Yellow Brick Road Casino in the Chittenango Plaza at 800 W. Genesee St., opened in 2015.

The expansion at the casino was announced in December, and work began shortly after. The venue is located primarily in the area once occupied by the Nation’s liquor store, the Tin Woodsman’s Flask. It closed in 2019 to make way for the expansion.
