BetAmerica sportsbook makes online debut in Pennsylvania
BetAmerica, a sports wagering company owned by Churchill Downs, announced last week the soft launch of its online sportsbook in Pennsylvania. The online sportsbook offers players the opportunity to place online bets on a diverse array of global sporting events, including professional and collegiate sports in the U.S.
“We’re thrilled to offer the market-leading products and promotions that have proven popular with our players at Presque Isle Downs & Casino to sports bettors all across Pennsylvania,” said BetAmerica President Ian Williams. “Our online sportsbook platform boasts features including in-game betting, cashouts, and super odds boosts that are certain to be a hit with Pennsylvania’s legion of passionate and die-hard sports fans.”
This soft launch of BetAmerica’s online sportsbook is initially available on desktop, with Android and iOS development pending state regulatory approval. The online platform is now available in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in addition to BetAmerica retail sportsbooks in Indiana and Mississippi.
