Alan Burak, GET In Global’s CEO, spoke with Yogonet about the upcoming event, which will be held in Argentina, and anticipated it will be exclusively dedicated to the online gaming sector, in line with the recent opening of this market in the City and the Province of Buenos Aires.

"This event arrives just in time, and we have been expecting and organizing it in advance, as we wanted to launch it in time to answer all of the questions operators who want to enter the recently regulated markets may have. Fortunately, we have obtained plenty of support and many firms have expressed interest in participating in this unique event,” the organizer explained. “GET In Online BA has already received the support of Play'n GO and BetCRIS as Platinum sponsors, the bingo multiplayer platform End2End, BetConstruct as Global sponsor and Quinel as the official lab. It will also be supported by two other international events: G2E and SiGMA.  We are already receiving many queries from international operators and suppliers who are aware that at a very reasonable price, they will be able to take part in this proposal exclusively focused on the new market opportunity that has emerged in Argentina thanks to the recent approval of online gambling legislation in the two most important jurisdictions in the country.”

GET In Online will consist of an international congress as well as a trade show where companies related to the sector will be able to exhibit their products and services. “We have managed to include solid technical and academic training sessions on online gaming and the recent opportunities that have emerged thanks to the recent passing of legislation in Buenos Aires Province. Topics covered will also include Buenos Aires City, where the regulation process is also moving forward. Other Argentine provinces have already regulated this gambling modality in similar conditions,” Burak pointed out.

Some of the topics that will be covered include a comparative technical and legal analysis of current legislation in the Province of Buenos Aires, as well as a presentation on online gaming regulation in Buenos Aires City delivered by the law firm Estudio Massot. Sports betting integrity will also be a highlighted issue, as well as experiences in other jurisdictions, the battle against illegality and the consequences of illegal online gambling. Other topics include digital content, conversion, players’ acquisition and retention and game options.

“It is worth noting that the Scala Hotel ‘s capacity is almost full, that is why we encourage potential participants to register as soon as possible, requesting GET In’s special fee, the organizer explained.

When asked about the specific format of this edition, as well as its similarities and differences with the traditional GET In model, Burak explained: “Just like the other editions, it will be a single-day event which will take place on July 17 and can only be attended through an invitation. We will have a maximum of 150 VIP attendees. It will include media coverage as well as a special GET In Magazine issue on online gaming.”

“The model is similar to other editions but as opposed to what we’ve seen so far, GET In Online Buenos Aires will focus on Argentina’s current environment, with the opening of a regulated online gaming market. In that sense, we will not hold different training sessions for technicians and executives, but instead, the event will be specially aimed at decision makers with a clearly defined profile,” he added.

“GET In Online will be made up of two separated spaces for conferences and networking. From the beginning of the day to the end of the event at 6 pm, a series of technical and academic training sessions will take place. It will also feature a networking space for meetings and the sharing of experiences, accompanied by all-inclusive food and drink services.

It is worth noting that GET In Online is a closed event, which can only be attended through an invitation or the purchase of tickets (with the organizer’s approval), as it is exclusively developed for managers and directors of casinos, lotteries, labs, regulators, platform and content developers, payment solutions suppliers and other online gaming suppliers and operators.
