What can you tell us about the products you're planning to unleash at the trade show?
As on every show, we will present a bundle of new attractive products like new revolutionary Bingo machine AIR BING, New Black Jack 5 players machine with the mechanical cards, ONLINE CASINO Live Streaming PLATFORM and 123Roulette, the standout game that has been created for tomorrows market today. And MULTI GAMING THEATRE with configurations that contain several games, either fully automated or dealer-assisted. What some time ago was just a dream, now days is offering ZUUM Theatre arena. And last but not least, the Grand Crystal 8 player roulette which is most wanted roulette product in many markets worldwide.
What can both operators and players alike expect to see from you in terms of product development?
New Product Development is a key to long-term competitive advantage and growth. Zuum has always been the industry leader in new attractive products what also proves the slogan “Innovative gaming system”. On this year’s edition of ICE, we will raise the bar one step higher with presenting the products which will leave the operators and players speechless due to the attractiveness and innovation. New revolutionary Bingo machine AIR BING and Multi Gaming Theatre will be stars on our booth.
Which jurisdictions do you feel currently offer the most potential for gaming growth in Europe?
Traditionally, Spain regularly offers high opportunities for growth due to the large number of current and new arcades opened every year. Also, France and UK are 2 jurisdictions with a huge number of casino players. If I summarize, we consider this year as a great potential. Sales plan was set to approximately 3,500 stations sold only on the EU markets and according to already received pre-orders and orders these sales numbers will be easily achieved.
What discussions should drive the 2018 agenda? Where will the focus be?
2018 will be another year of growth and consolidation. We will continue to focus on Geographic Expansion, New Products Developments and launches, we will strengthen Strategic Partnerships with our Customers and will strive to stay the leader in the usage of the latest Technology in all our products. The focus will be on the support of recently launched products like Air Bing and Blackjack, but at the same time on the continuous growth of Sales results of our key product Grand Crystal Roulette.
What is going to be your strategy this year to out-perform competitors and grow your market share?
Like in the past years, we are always focusing on Excellent Product Quality and Stability and Outstanding Customer Support. We know our Customers’ needs better than our competitors what was the key and successful Strategy for our expansion in the last 3-5 years. We keep in close touch with the Operators, I can say we have a friendly and trustworthy relationship.
