Konami Gaming introduces Syncros, the evolution of KCMS

(US).- Konami Gaming announced that it has introduced Synkros, the evolution of its Konami Casino Management System (KCMS). “With SYNKROS, we have added powerful new marketing and analytics tools to what remains the most reliable system in the industry,” announced Steve Sutherland, chief operating officer at Konami Gaming.

“We built our system to help casino operators build their businesses by providing bonusing capabilities to entertain and reward their players and ensure a unique gaming experience,” added Sutherland.

“For years, Konami has offered the industry’s most reliable system because it was constructed on an architecture inspired by the best practices found in industries like banking and national defense,” explained Tom Soukup, Konami Gaming’s VP of Systems Research and Development.

“With Synkros, we started with KCMS and then added new marketing horsepower on top of a system architecture that has been celebrated for its unparalleled reliability. We coupled feedback from the market with the operational experience of our product management and engineering teams to identify the products that would most help our customers drive business growth. As a result, we created Super Series Floor Wide Bonusing, True-Time Tournaments, Draw Poker Bonusing, True-Time Windowing, a library of 20 BonuStream bonus game animations, the all new Synk Box and a new Konami Enterprise Intelligence (KEI) analytics module.”
