The casino looks out over the Olympic Park and according to manager Richard Noble provides a safe gambling environment for everyone from big gamblers to others just looking for a late night out.
"As you can see here this morning this place is lively at all hours. The people here largely work in the restaurant or bar trades or are taxi drivers so use the casino as their night out after they finish work," Noble said.
Noble said Aspers has "robust policies to prevent lowlife from entering - despite the 24-hour opening no-one in hoodies or tracksuits can enter or anyone we suspect has been drinking heavily".
He added: "The casino will bring 4.2 million more people to Westfield shopping centre and even more people to Newham. We have contributed £5 million to Newham council and aim to give them £1 million every year. We will create 440 jobs, 70 per cent of them going to Newham residents. We want to change the misconception of casinos.”
"We provide a safe environment to people betting and provide support and have facilities in place and monitor irresponsible gaming, providing support to those who need it.
"It has all been very relaxed and we have had no issues at all."
