GameAccount Network has signed agreements with the Borgata Hotel Casino in New Jersey and the Missouri-based Isle of Capri Casinos to launch online Simulated Gaming.

Borgata’s Simulated Gaming offering will be operated from the Atlantic City property via GAN’s GameSTACK system and is expected to go live across web and mobile in the first half of 2016.

Borgata is the market leader in New Jersey’s regulated online gaming market with around a third of the market share.

Although land-based casino customers that live outside New Jersey cannot engage with Borgata’s regulated real-money online gaming site when they are not in the state, Simulated Gaming will permit patrons in neighbouring states to play online with Borgata for free.

Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN, said: “Our exclusive social casino partnership with Borgata is another step in expanding our Simulated Gaming offering in the US. We believe that our Simulated Gaming online experience will positively contribute to Borgata’s real-money gaming experience both on-property and online in New Jersey and, in particular, provide an opportunity for delivering a compelling Simulated Gaming experience to the majority of their patrons who live outside of New Jersey.”
