FutureLogic bolsters EMEA operations and customer service

(UK).- FutureLogic announced that it has added two new team members to its Operations & Customer Services staff in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The new hires will be instrumental in the company’s continued expansion of ticket-out and couponing solutions across the EMEA countries.

eorge Hoskins joins FutureLogic as Operations Manager for EMEA. In this new role and reporting directly to the company’s Managing Director, John Edmunds, Hoskins will be responsible for supply chain management, inventory control and site management at  FutureLogic Europe.  Prior to joining FutureLogic, he spent the last 7 years as Business Manager for a nation-wide manufacturing business, managing two operations in London, UK. He also worked at MEI for over 18 years, most recently as Manufacturing Manager for MEI’s UK facility, and over 11 years in various project and engineering management roles.

“With the launch of our PromoNet promotional couponing solution and Ticket2Go Ticket-Out solution at the ICE Show earlier this year, FutureLogic needed an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate the quality control and logistic processes for these products as well as our core printer product range,” said John Edmunds, VP of Global Product Management & International Markets of FutureLogic. “We are very pleased to have found such an experienced and hands-on manager and are convinced that George will streamline the logistics processes at FutureLogic.”

FutureLogic’s new Sales and Support Coordinator, Lorna Strawbridge  will be responsible for supporting the entire sales process from purchase order to delivery. She reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager EMEA, Anette Jauch, and in her role, she will be in regular contact with European customers and will assist and support the sales team in bringing FutureLogic products to market. After a long career in management consultancy, Lorna also brings considerable customer relationship management experience and is committed to the “Customers First” approach. With her background, Lorna will be the ideal candidate to work with the sales and engineering staff and provide FutureLogic customers an unmatched level of service.

“I am very happy to add Lorna to our Sales Support Team”, says Anette Jauch. “The market demand for our products is increasing by the month and especially our new products have met keen interest in the market. We needed a colleague who understands what customer service is all about and champion the customer throughout the business.”
