A dedicated conference track, premier F&B vendors and unique business opportunities round out the delectable offerings at F&B at G2E, which is scheduled for Nov. 18-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

In a special exhibit this year, F&B at G2E will offer an imaginative culinary homage to Las Vegas and the gaming industry. Executive Chef Heinz Lauer and the Las Vegas-based pastry team at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts will treat F&B at G2E attendees to a Whimsical Confectionary Las Vegas, which will depict some of Las Vegas’ most popular diversions in ingredients such as sugar, chocolate and spice. This special exhibit will be on display in the registration lobby.
Back by popular demand is the Ultra Lounge Uniform Fashion Show sponsored by Cintas. Attendees at F&B at G2E will see the latest uniform fashions from some of the hottest ultra lounges and nightclubs in Las Vegas. Scheduled for November 19 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., the show will feature uniforms from the event sponsor, Cintas, as well as from ultra lounges such as Centrifuge, Drai’s, Ghostbar, I Bar, Moon, Playboy, Rain, Rouge, Tryst, Voodoo, XS and Zuri.
F&B at G2E 2008 also will serve up a fresh round of culinary and cocktail demonstrations on the G2E Culinary Demonstration Stage, where chefs from some of the most popular casinos will showcase their favorite recipes and drinks.

In addition to the special events and exhibits, F&B at G2E will showcase more than 120 exhibitors featuring the latest in food and beverage products, franchises and accessories. F&B at G2E offers industry professionals the opportunity to connect with vendors such as Sarah Lee Foodservice; Oneida Ltd.; Pepsi-Cola Company; Easybar Beverage Management; Quiznos Corporation and Tampa Maid Foods. In addition, Southern Wine & Spirits of America is sponsoring a Fine Wines & Cocktails Ultra Lounge at F&B at G2E 2008, featuring premier alcoholic beverage vendors.
In conjunction with F&B at G2E, the Three-Day Conference at G2E 2008 will feature a dedicated F&B conference track, in which attendees will hear from leading F&B executives about the key issues in this sector.
