GLI moves Colorado office to new and larger facility

(US)- Responding to client need and preparing for future demand, Gaming Laboratories International has relocated its Western Regional Office to a new, larger facility. The testing facility will remain in Golden and the new, more efficient office building will give GLI more than 2,322 sqm of product testing space.

T

he additional space, located at 4680 Table Mountain Drive, Suite 100, will house an additional 30 test engineer employees to the current staff of 55, bringing the total number of staff in the office to at least 85 by the end of 2008.

GLI Colorado General Manager & Sr. Director of Corporate Compliance Andy Comer said: “This move is about client service, and we are preparing now for the gaming reality of tomorrow. New technologies will push test labs' abilities to adequately and properly test the intricacies of complex technologies, and we are laying the groundwork for that very exciting future.”

The Western Regional Office conducts slot game and systems testing, and houses GLI's international forensics team and Quality Assurance staff. Echoing GLI's principle of independence, the office is also home to GLI's internal corporate compliance, housed separately from the corporate office in Lakewood.

The move is the latest in a string of office expansions and new office openings for GLI in 2007, stretching from Argentina to Austria to Australia.
