Gaming aggregator Infingame has introduced campaign management features through its Challenges and Tournaments tools, giving iGaming operators the ability to design, run, monitor, and adjust promotional campaigns with more control.

The tools are intended for operators seeking alternatives to fixed promotional formats, as campaign strategies increasingly depend on real-time adjustments, market segmentation, and player behavior. Infingame said the tools allow operators to configure campaign mechanics around specific business goals and make changes during live campaigns.

The platform’s Tournaments tool supports several mechanics, including multiplier races, win races, bet races, highest win, and highest multiplier formats. These options allow operators to structure campaigns around different engagement patterns and monetization objectives.

Challenges are built around mission-based engagement, using mechanics such as spins and winning spins. Under these formats, players earn points based on their activity, making the tool relevant for retention-focused and progression-based campaigns.

Across both products, operators can set participation rules, minimum bet conditions, eligible games, campaign duration and timing, and reward structures. Rewards may include cash, free spins, and non-monetary prizes. The tools can be applied across Infingame’s portfolio of more than 16,000 titles from over 150 providers.

Operators can access real-time data on player participation and progression, supported by campaign dashboards and in-game elements such as progress bars and leaderboards. This visibility allows teams to identify trends and make changes without stopping an active campaign.

Infingame’s tools also include features designed to influence player activity during promotional periods. In tournaments, the Happy Hours function allows operators to apply score multipliers during selected time windows, encouraging activity during peak or strategically important periods.

Operators can also use customizable banners and branded pop-ups to support campaign visibility and maintain a consistent brand experience during the player journey.

Automation features are included to reduce manual work in campaign execution. Tournament payouts can be processed automatically or with a single action, while operators can define how different types of bets are treated within campaign logic to align campaigns with promotional rules.

Jana Filagina, Head of Commercial at Infingame, commented: “Operators today want more than ready-made promotions. They want full control over how campaigns are built and how they perform.

"With Challenges and Tournaments, they can configure every element, monitor results in real time, and adjust campaigns instantly. This level of flexibility allows teams to respond faster to player behavior and continuously improve outcomes.

Infingame said consolidating campaign data within the platform allows operators to compare formats, analyze engagement patterns, and refine mechanics over time. The company described this as supporting a continuous optimization cycle, rather than treating campaigns as one-off activities.

Infingame is a game aggregator that provides operators access to more than 16,000 games from more than 150 providers through a single API integration. Its portfolio includes slots, crash games, sweepstakes, and live casino content. The company also offers tournaments and works with operators in North America, Latin America, and other markets.
