Ainsworth appoints María Teresa Gonzáles Plaza as new Commercial Manager for Peru and Colombia

Gaming solutions provider Ainsworth Game Technology has appointed María Teresa Gonzáles Plaza as Commercial Manager for Peru and Colombia.

The company said the appointment aligns with its broader strategy to deepen high-value commercial partnerships, expand its product portfolio, and reinforce growth in key regulated gaming markets.

Gonzáles Plaza brings nearly 30 years of industry experience, with a career spanning business development, commercial expansion, and product positioning in competitive gaming markets.

She spent two decades at Cirsa before transitioning to the supplier side, where she has worked for the past seven years. Her background combines operational and commercial expertise, with a focus on operator needs and long-term value creation.

“María Teresa’s sales and business development experience represents a strategic asset for our regional operations and expansion efforts,” the company said.
