Wazdan receives three Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2026 nominations

Online gaming developer Wazdan has secured three nominations at the Women in Gaming Diversity (WIG) Diversity Awards 2026, encompassing the Diversity & Inclusion, Innovator of the Year, and Marketing Campaign of the Year categories.

The Innovator of the Year shortlist relates to Wazdan’s product development efforts and its work on features and solutions intended to support operator performance. The Marketing Campaign of the Year nomination recognizes the company’s approach to communicating its brand identity through market-focused campaigns.

The Diversity & Inclusion category recognizes Wazdan’s efforts to create a workplace environment where employees with different perspectives contribute to the company's direction and development.

“Being shortlisted in three categories at the WIG Diversity Awards is a meaningful recognition for Wazdan and the people behind our continued growth,” said Magdalena Wojdyla, Head of Account Management for Europe at Wazdan.

“Diversity and inclusion, innovation, and marketing are different parts of the business, but they are all connected by the same foundation: people who bring ideas, commitment and perspective to what we do every day,” Wojdyla added.

The awards ceremony will take place on June 12, 2026, at The Savoy in London.

Launched in 2010, the WIG Awards are positioned within the gaming industry as a diversity-focused event recognizing individuals and organizations for contributions to equality, diversity, and inclusion. The awards program includes categories covering diverse and inclusive teams, positive role models, and other areas linked to workplace diversity initiatives across the gaming sector.
