Zitro Digital has appointed Thiago Valadão as Commercial Director for Brazil, as the company advances its operations in Latin America’s iGaming sector.
Valadão will oversee commercial activities in Brazil, including sales, marketing, and market development. The move comes as suppliers and operators position for growth in the country’s regulated online gaming environment, now in its second year.

“Combining that with their proven success in the land-based market, my goal is to bring that same excellence to the iGaming space, leveraging our deep understanding of the region to establish Zitro Digital as a key player in the country.”
Valadão brings commercial leadership experience across Brazil and Latin America, including recent roles in the iGaming sector.
He most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Cactus Gaming, where he led sales, marketing, and customer success functions, covering customer acquisition, retention, and commercial strategy.
Prior to that, he was Head of LATAM at Atlaslive, overseeing Latin America operations and contributing to global deals. He also served as Country Manager for Brazil at Salsa Technology, where he managed sales, marketing, and operational activities, including cross-functional execution and brand initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Valadão held roles in enterprise technology companies, including Sales Director for Brazil at Dahua Technology and leadership positions at Logitech and HP, focused on enterprise sales and channel management.
