Washington's Tulalip Resort Casino has officially unveiled its new Center Bar, a major addition to the ongoing multi-year renovation and expansion of the 21-year-old casino.
The 38-foot-tall bar serves as a central design feature on the 270,250-square-foot gaming floor. The installation reflects the broader design direction of the renovation, which incorporates themes inspired by the Salish Sea and surrounding coastal landscapes.
At the heart of the feature is a sculptural dome created by Dillon Works, constructed from thousands of feet of rolled steel and aluminum and enhanced with custom lighting elements. Weighing more than seven tons, the dome is decorated with symbolic marine life motifs intended to represent the Salish Sea environment within the casino’s gaming floor.
The bar and lounge area spans 3,366 square feet and accommodates up to 60 guests, offering bar-top gaming alongside social seating designed to blend comfort and entertainment.
“The Center Bar is a beautiful new focal point of our renovation and an immersive destination where friends can meet, socialize, and take in the casino’s fresh, new surroundings and amenities,” said Marci Fryberg, President/COO of Tulalip Gaming Organization.
“Our entire team has been engaged in thoughtful planning and execution to create intimate moments for guests as they journey through representations of Salish Sea shorelines and welcoming environments throughout the gaming floor,” she added.
The opening follows a 70,250-square-foot expansion completed in 2025 that added more than 400 slot machines, new entrances, the North Bar with an outdoor patio, and other amenities. Additional renovation work is expected to continue through 2026.
