UAE Lottery opens first retail shop in Abu Dhabi

The UAE Lottery has opened its first retail store in M40, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, expanding beyond digital platforms to offer in-person ticket sales.

The new shop allows customers aged 18 and above to purchase physical tickets for popular games such as the Lucky Day Draw and Pick 3. Visitors can also make payments in person, offering an alternative to digital participation.

The outlet is staffed with trained customer service representatives who assist both new and experienced players. They provide guidance on available games and answer questions related to lottery participation.

The Musaffah branch features a fully branded environment aimed at enhancing customer experience. The space includes prominent signage, interactive displays, and an open layout intended to create an engaging and accessible atmosphere for visitors.
