The agenda for HIPTHER Baltics: Vilnius 2026 has been released, positioning the event as a key forum for discussions on iGaming regulation, fintech growth and compliance across the Baltic region.
The conference will take place on April 21, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre, marking the launch of HIPTHER’s new Baltics-focused event series aimed at delivering jurisdiction-specific insights in one of Europe’s fastest-evolving digital markets.
Held in Vilnius, the event will centre on the theme “iGaming Regulation & Fintech Integration,” reflecting the increasing convergence of compliance, payments and digital innovation in the region.
The agenda comes as Lithuania undergoes what organisers describe as a regulatory reset, with rapid fintech expansion coinciding with tighter oversight. Industry discussions are expected to address post-MiCA regulatory developments, stricter anti-money laundering frameworks and evolving controls in the iGaming sector.
The one-day programme will feature two parallel tracks — Compliance & Operations Lab and a TechXperience Stage:

Zoltan Tündik, co-founder and head of business at HIPTHER, said: “Our dedicated Baltics series this year kickstarts in Vilnius and marks a strategic pivot in how we approach regional excellence.
"Having spent nearly two decades in the media and news sphere, we've learned that general insights are no longer enough; the market now demands jurisdiction-specific precision. Lithuania stands at a fascinating crossroads where fintech maturity meets a rigorous regulatory reset.”
The event is designed as a boutique gathering with a senior-level audience, aiming to prioritise high-quality networking and in-depth discussions as the Baltic region continues to adapt to regulatory and technological change.
“Our 2026 agenda is designed to decode this convergence, helping leaders navigate the post-MiCA landscape and tighten iGaming frameworks," added Tündik. "As we celebrate 10 years of HIPTHER impact, Vilnius represents our commitment to staying ahead of the curve, providing the high-level, boutique environment necessary for the industry's most critical conversations."
