SBC has officially announced the highly anticipated SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026, in collaboration with SMH Global, set to take place on 15–16 July at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, which drew more than 2,000 delegates from 44 countries, the 2026 summit aims to attract over 2,500 attendees, further cementing its status as a premier iGaming and sports betting event in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The two-day summit will feature more than 70 world-class speakers covering critical industry topics, including regulations, operations, technology, affiliate marketing, and cross-industry partnerships. Sports will once again take a central role, with dedicated sessions exploring fan engagement, sponsorship opportunities, media partnerships, and the growing collaboration between sports organizations and betting operators.
A highlight of the event will be the SBC Regulators Summit, bringing together regulatory leaders from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Discussions will focus on compliance, responsible gaming, and adapting regulatory frameworks to new technological developments.
“The SBC Regulators Summit will be front and center, promoting strategic dialogues for progressive policies,” said Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC. “And stay tuned – a special guest reveal is imminent, making this July event unmissable for anyone serious about iGaming’s future in the region.”
Lasha Machavariani, Founder of SMH, also emphasized that sports will remain a key pillar of the summit. “Last year, we had the honor of welcoming football legend Alessandro Nesta, which created huge excitement and valuable discussions around leadership, performance, and the connection between sports and betting,” he said.
Machavariani added that the summit will expand its sports focus this year with more in-depth discussions on fan engagement, sponsorship strategy, club partnerships, and the business aspects of sports. ”We are preparing another high-profile guest and look forward to delivering even more value for the region," he stated.
Networking will include evening events across Tbilisi and the SBC Connect App for business matchmaking. The exhibition floor will connect attendees with operators, providers, affiliates, and technology companies.
Early bird registration opens soon.
