FanDuel Predicts offers free gas in Tampa to mark March basketball tournament
FanDuel’s prediction markets platform, FanDuel Predicts, surprised residents in Tampa with free gasoline during a promotional event tied to the March college basketball tournament.
The pop-up event, held on March 18 at a Marathon gas station in Tampa, ran from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time and drew a steady stream of attendees. Fans were able to fill their tanks at no cost while learning more about the popular sportsbook's predictions platform.
The location was selected by former NFL player and FanDuel partner Rob Gronkowski.

FanDuel Predicts is also offering $25 to users aged 18 and above who create an account on the platform during March, allowing them to begin trading on event-based contracts.
The platform enables users to take “yes” or “no” positions on various outcomes, including games associated with the ongoing college basketball tournaments in the United States.
