The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) elected new members to its Board of Directors during its 2026 Annual Meeting.
AGEM Board Chair Ryan Comstock, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Ainsworth Game Technology, presided over the meeting. Comstock was not up for election this year as he enters the second year of his two-year term as chair.
During the meeting, AGEM members approved one-year terms for several directors and officers on the board.
Newly elected and returning members include:
The board also approved one-year appointments for two ex officio, non-voting members.
Cassie Stratford, Senior Vice President of Legal Operations and Compliance at Boyd Gaming Corporation and an Advisory Board Member of Global Gaming Women, was appointed ex-officio director.
Bob Parente, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at Light & Wonder, was appointed ex-officio director and assistant treasurer.
AGEM said the ex-officio roles are intended to broaden perspectives within the organization and maintain dialogue on long-term strategic initiatives across the global gaming community.
Additionally, AGEM approved three new associate members during the annual meeting, namely US Bank, Sun-Fly USA Inc., and Adostics Inc. The companies join three organizations that were approved as members in late 2025—Walker Digital Table Systems (Silver member), CBRE (Associate member), and CasinoReviews.net (Associate member)—as AGEM prepares to begin its new financial year on April 1, 2026.
AGEM is an international non-profit trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of gaming technology, equipment, and services worldwide.
