In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, Karina Mora, Senior Business Development Manager at Zenith, reflects on the company’s key achievements over the past year, the milestones that have shaped its expansion across Latin America, and the strategic role that markets such as Brazil will play in 2026. She also discusses the evolution of OneAPI, the growth of ALIZE Studio, and the trends set to define the next phase of Zenith’s global ecosystem.

Zenith has expanded greatly throughout 2025, strengthening its position in both regulated and emerging markets. Looking back, what were the standout achievements this year, and how have they helped set the company up for the next phase of growth?

2025 was a defining year for Zenith. We strengthened our position across multiple regions and continued building an ecosystem that offers real, measurable value to operators. OneAPI remained at the centre of this progress, simplifying aggregation by giving partners access to more than 10,000 games from over 60 leading providers, all via a single integration. Alongside this, GamesAPI has delivered an unmatched distribution channel with highly competitive commercial terms, allowing operators to access premium content quickly and cost-effectively.

Another major highlight was the continued growth of ALIZE Studio, which expanded its portfolio with narrative-driven and regionally tailored content. These titles were designed specifically to resonate with diverse audiences and support operators looking to localise their offering in competitive markets. We also strengthened our compliance footprint across Latin America, securing key certifications that accelerated onboarding and reinforced Zenith’s reputation as a reliable technical partner.

Altogether, these achievements laid a strong foundation for the next phase of growth, allowing us to deepen regional expansion, broaden partner relationships and continue pushing forward with both platform innovation and content development.

Latin America has remained a major focus for the industry, especially with Brazil’s regulatory progress and the growth of other licensed markets. What were Zenith’s most important milestones in the region this year?

Latin America has been a priority region for us this year, a strategy that has paid off greatly. One of the most important steps forward was securing certification for major providers on our platform, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CP Games, TaDa and several others. This allowed operators to meet Brazil’s regulatory requirements while maintaining access to the content players already know and enjoy.

We also used OneAPI and GamesAPI to curate content specifically for the Brazilian market, informed by local player behaviour and performance data. This allowed our operator partners to scale with titles that were already showing strong engagement, as well as games we could confidently forecast to perform well based on our market insights. ALIZE Studio added to this momentum by releasing culturally relevant, story-driven games built around themes and mechanics that resonate particularly well with Brazilian audiences.

Beyond product and content, we strengthened relationships with local operators and maintained a visible presence at key events such as SiGMA, ICE, SBC Lisbon and G&M Argentina. This activity played a major role in accelerating partnerships and aligning our roadmap with the region’s needs. Alongside this, we continued investing in local infrastructure to ensure fast, stable performance and low latency for players, which is a crucial advantage in a mobile-first market like Brazil.

Zenith has been present at major industry events around the world this year. From your perspective, how important were events like SiGMA, SBC Lisbon and ICE in helping you achieve your goals compared to previous years?

Events such as SiGMA and ICE were critical for us this year. Not only did they allow us to strengthen relationships with existing partners, but we were also able to lay foundations in new markets where we’re seeing strong demand. These gatherings gave us direct access to operators who are actively expanding, which made conversations far more strategic and commercially focused than in previous years.

They also provided valuable opportunities to showcase OneAPI, GamesAPI and ALIZE Studio in a hands-on way. Operators were able to see the products in action, understand how the ecosystem fits together and explore how our commercial terms and technical infrastructure can support their growth. Just as importantly, the events gave us real-time insight into local preferences and player trends, which feeds directly into our product roadmap.

Overall, the impact this year was stronger than ever. The visibility and engagement these events created played a meaningful role in reinforcing Zenith’s position as a trusted ecosystem partner.

ALIZE, Zenith’s proprietary game studio, was recently awarded Best Localised Game Content 2025 at the SiGMA South Asia Awards. What does this win say about ALIZE’s development approach, and how do you ensure the content stays closely aligned with local player preferences?

Winning Best Localised Game Content 2025 is a strong validation of ALIZE’s commitment to creating games that genuinely resonate with local audiences. Having an in-house studio gives us full creative control, allowing us to adapt quickly, maintain high standards and tailor content to specific market needs. That level of flexibility is essential, especially in regions where cultural relevance plays a major role in driving engagement.

ALIZE’s development philosophy is built around localisation, not only in theme but in design, pacing and mechanics. The team produces narrative-led experiences, incorporates culturally relevant storylines and adjusts RTP settings to meet player expectations. We also collaborate closely with operators and regional teams to analyse performance data and player behaviour, ensuring new releases stay aligned with what local audiences respond to. This approach is a key reason ALIZE continues to gain recognition in competitive markets.

Zenith’s B2B ecosystem is a core part of your offering, with the OneAPI platform at the centre of it. How has the aggregation platform evolved over 2025 to keep up with operator demand for high-performing content, compliance and competitive commercial terms?

OneAPI continued to evolve significantly throughout 2025. One of the biggest drivers was achieving crucial market certifications, particularly in Brazil, which enabled operators to expand confidently while meeting local regulatory requirements. We also upgraded our backend systems to improve platform stability, speed and scalability, which is essential for operators managing high traffic across multiple territories.

A major focus has been strengthening relationships with vendors, allowing us to negotiate improved commercial terms and offer operators highly competitive rates across a broad content portfolio. We expanded that portfolio even further by integrating new studios and content partners, ensuring operators always have access to a current and diverse selection of high-performing titles.

Together, these enhancements reinforce OneAPI as a trusted, commercially strong and fully compliant aggregation solution.

As you look ahead to 2026, what will be the main priorities guiding Zenith’s investment and expansion plans? Are there particular regions or product areas that offer the strongest opportunities for growth?

Looking ahead, our priorities are centred on strengthening the technology that underpins the Zenith ecosystem. This includes enhancing performance, scaling infrastructure for high-growth regions and continuing to improve platform speed and reliability. Latin America will remain a major growth engine, particularly as more markets regulate and operators look for dependable, compliant partners.

We’ll also continue expanding our content ecosystem. ALIZE Studio will focus on delivering more localised, culturally aligned games, while OneAPI will broaden its vendor coverage, strengthen its compliance toolkit and introduce more data-driven features to help operators curate content effectively. Mobile-first solutions and low-latency technology will be another major focus, especially in regions where mobile dominates user behaviour. Beyond that, we are exploring selective growth in adjacent product areas, including white-label solutions, where we see clear demand.

In essence, our goal for 2026 is to continue delivering measurable value, support our partners’ expansion and solidify Zenith’s position as a leading global B2B ecosystem provider. We’re excited for the year ahead and continuing our unstoppable momentum!
