Fast Track, the first CRM and player engagement platform built for iGaming, has won the Acquisition and Retention Partner category at the EGR LatAm Awards 2025.
The award recognises companies excelling in customer onboarding and retention across Latin America. Fast Track was praised for its end-to-end player engagement platform, which combines a real-time CRM with AI and gamification, helping operators deliver automated, personalised experiences across the player lifecycle.
