FanDuel Casino partners with ITV Studios’ Zoo 55 to launch exclusive Love Island gaming series

FanDuel Casino has entered into an exclusive partnership with Zoo 55, part of ITV Studios, to introduce a suite of Love Island–themed casino games, beginning with the debut of Love Island Reel Vibes. The collaboration is a new phase in FanDuel’s efforts to expand its branded entertainment portfolio as competition intensifies within the North American online gaming market.

The new partnership was launched with the rollout of Love Island Reel Vibes, developed alongside Games Global. The title brings visual and thematic elements from the reality show directly into the online casino environment. FanDuel confirmed that the game is the first in a planned multi-title series and is now accessible to players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ontario, with Michigan to follow.

ITV Studios welcomed the collaboration, noting the scale of the launch and its long-term potential. “We are so excited to pair our record-breaking reality franchise with the massive gaming operator FanDuel,” said Steve Watling, SVP Gaming at ITV Studios.

Love Island Reel Vibes incorporates a POWER COMBO mechanic that combines three Free Spins modes, featuring colored scatters that can trigger enhanced jackpots, wild reels, and multipliers on a 6-row grid.

The new deal arrives as the industry sees rising demand for branded slot titles. FanDuel and its main competitor, DraftKings, have increased investments in licensed online casino content tied to television programs, films, celebrities, and other entertainment properties. Examples include Wheel of Fortune, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly, Whitney Houston, Playboy, and Breaking Bad.

Games Global, which collaborated on the new Love Island title, has also developed branded products featuring Floyd Mayweather, WWE, UFC, and Terminator. Andy Booth, the company’s chief product officer, said the appeal of such titles continues to grow among players familiar with existing entertainment franchises.

“One of the dominant trends we’ve seen is branded slots, which essentially includes casino slots inspired by popular TV shows, movies, iconic brands, celebrities, and so on. The general idea is that by leveraging familiar themes and characters, this slot genre has a higher impact on its target audience,” Booth said.

He added that branded titles offer “an instant connection with the player” and “allow fans to step into a world they already know and love.”

Love Island, a format created by Lifted Entertainment and co-produced with Motion Entertainment, remains one of the most widely followed global reality franchises. The series, which first aired in the United States on CBS before moving to Peacock in 2022, has generated multiple spin-offs including Love Island Games, Love Island USA: Aftersun, and Love Island: Beyond the Villa. 

FanDuel said this momentum supports its plan to release additional Love Island games throughout 2026 and beyond. The company stated that Love Island Reel Vibes is now live on its iGaming platform in Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ontario.
