Casino Guru Academy has passed the 5,000-user mark, a milestone the education platform says reflects rising demand for accessible, skills-based training across the global iGaming industry.
The Academy, an extension of Casino Guru, one of the world’s largest online casino information and player-advocacy hubs, offers free practical courses aimed at improving industry standards. Its training covers customer support, anti-money laundering, affiliate management, safer gambling and other operational skills used by casino operators and associated businesses.
“The fact that we now have over 5,000 users is a huge success for us, as it shows how many people value this kind of learning,” said Šimon Vincze, Casino Guru’s Sustainable & Safer Gambling Lead. “Having companies use our courses for onboarding is one of the key reasons we have reached this milestone. It proves there’s genuine demand for our work and supports the impact we aim to create.”
The achievement follows the Academy’s debut appearance at SiGMA Malta in September 2025, where it introduced its mission to a broader audience. The company said the event exceeded expectations and helped it build direct connections with learners and industry partners.
Casino Guru Academy has also rolled out an upgraded website, designed to improve navigation, boost accessibility and create a more engaging learning environment. The redesign lays the foundation for expanding its course catalogue.
Among upcoming additions is a new course focused on responding to self-harm and suicide threats, intended for customer support and responsible gambling teams. The module is expected to launch by year-end and will guide staff on identifying distressed players and responding appropriately.
With continued course development and steady user growth, Casino Guru Academy says it aims to strengthen education standards and broaden professional development opportunities across the iGaming sector.
