Casino Guru earns top safer gambling honor at 2025 Global Regulatory Awards

Casino Guru has been named the winner of the Outstanding Contribution to Safer Gambling category at the 2025 Global Regulatory Awards, an industry event that spotlights organizations shaping regulatory and consumer-protection standards across the gambling sector.

The recognition comes amid a series of initiatives the company has developed in recent years to strengthen responsible gambling practices. Casino Guru’s projects range from data-driven rating systems to player-support mechanisms and industry training programs, all aimed at improving how gambling operators approach safety and transparency.

Casino Guru’s Safety Index, which ranks online casinos based on player feedback and behavior patterns, has become a prominent reference point for assessing platform reliability. The company has also expanded its educational outreach through the Casino Guru Academy, a program designed to guide industry employees on responsible, fair, and sustainable gambling practices.

Another component of its safer-gambling framework is the Complaint Resolution Center, a service that assists players with disputes. According to the company, the center has facilitated the return of more than $52 million to users so far.

Vincze himself has played a crucial role in the promotion of RG and raising awareness about the terminology associated with this, an effort he has spearheaded through the Global Self-Exclusion Initiative and the Safer Gambling Talks podcast.

Casino Guru also runs an annual awards program of its own. The Casino Guru Awards, which recognize responsible conduct among iGaming companies, is preparing for its fourth edition with expanded categories, new sponsors, and a larger judging panel.
