DRGT to showcase systems portfolio at BEGE following landmark roll-out with Efbet in Bulgaria

DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) will make its second appearance at the Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Exhibition (BEGE 2025) in Sofia on 26 and 27 November, following its entry into the Bulgarian market during the 1st quarter of 2025.

Twelve months after obtaining its Bulgarian manufacturer licence, DRGT has completed one of its largest European installations to date. Between January and March this year, the company rolled out its full casino management system, incorporating its cashless, player tracking, and jackpot technology across 59 Efbet venues and on more than 2,500 devices.

The three-month project has evolved into a long-term collaboration that both companies describe as an operational partnership rather than a traditional supplier relationship.

At BEGE 2025, DRGT will present its latest suite of management, reporting, analytics, marketing, and player-engagement tools, including drFloorManager, drAnalytics, the drPlayerApp, the drManagementApp, and its Promotions and Raffle marketing solutions.

  • drFloorManager and drAnalytics: Together, these modules give management teams a real-time, data-driven view of EGM and player activity, enabling precise decision-making and operational optimisation. From player behaviour insights to machine performance tracking, the combination of these tools drives informed strategy, player rewards, and ensures agile ‘on the go’ responses.
  • Promotions, Media Management, and Raffle Solutions: These modules enable operators to design and deploy promotions, loyalty campaigns, marketing messaging, and promotional draws from within the management system, transforming marketing and communication into a measurable and automated process.
  • drPlayerApp and Player Kiosk: Both solutions place more control in players’ hands, allowing them to manage their wallet, review play history, access rewards, or enter promotions seamlessly. The Player Kiosk, in particular, bridges the gap between digital and on-floor experiences, reducing queues and improving the overall player experience.
  • drManagementApp: Designed for operational teams, this mobile tool allows casino employees to monitor game and player performance, activity, and key metrics directly from a smartphone or tablet in real time.
