INTRALOT S.A. has announced a newly structured Board of Directors and the appointment of a new CEO. The company confirmed that its composition continues to comply with legislative criteria.
The board now includes 11 members, with Robeson Reeves appointed both as Chief Executive Officer and executive board member.
The company said Reeves was elected to the Board of Directors, replacing Konstantinos Farris, who resigned from his position.
Following the reorganization, the Board of Directors was formed into a body consisting of:
Within the board’s structure, Nikolaos Nikolakopoulos will hold the position of President, while Chrysostomos Sfatos will serve as Chief Operating Officer.
According to INTRALOT, all statutory conditions and criteria related to board composition remain satisfied under existing legislation.
The current Board of Directors was elected by the General Meeting of the company’s shareholders for a six-year term beginning May 30, 2024.
Reeves' appointment follows a deal with Bally's announced in July, in which the Greek lottery and gambling operator acquires the US company's technology business, as Bally's becomes Intralot's majority shareholder.
Reeves' naming as CEO was anticipated at that time. He had been serving as CEO of Bally’s International Interactive when Intralot agreed to acquire the division for €2.7 billion ($3.1 billion), a transaction that was completed in October.
The company said that its enhanced technological capabilities will enable it to seize new growth opportunities in the gaming and lottery sectors worldwide.
