At this year’s G2E Las Vegas, Patriot Gaming & Electronics returned to the show floor to strengthen relationships with clients and partners from across the gaming world. The company, which supplies gaming components, electronics, and furniture solutions, has been expanding its footprint in both the U.S. and international markets, most recently through its new facilities in Henderson, Nevada, and New Jersey.
In a conversation with Yogonet, Michael Goodpaster, Marketing Manager, and Clare Brubaker and Jennifer Gonzalez, Sales Representatives, reflected on the company’s showcase at G2E 2025, its role in keeping casinos running smoothly, and the growing interest in its parts, repair, and furnishing solutions.
What were your impressions of the show? And what were some of the key goals for the company at this edition?
Michael Goodpaster: The key goals are always to network: to meet new people we can work with and to reconnect with the partners we’ve been serving for years. It’s great to finally see people face-to-face. Most of the time, we’re talking over the phone, especially with international clients, trying to get their orders out and help them as best we can. So it’s nice to finally put faces to the names and voices we talk to every day.
What kind of conversations did you have at your stand? What were attendees most interested in learning about when it comes to working with you?
Michael Goodpaster: We’ve definitely had people interested in collaborating with us on multiple fronts — through the parts we sell, through chairs and furnishings we offer with Maxx Seating, and through the graphics and glass work we do with Sunkist Graphics.
There’s also that common G2E question of “What do you do?” and “What do we do?” — seeing how we can connect and find what works best for everyone.

Were there particular themes or products you wanted to highlight this time around?
Clare Brubaker: A big one right now is i-Decks. And video cards have been a big seller. We’re able to offer some secondhand options at better pricing, and we fix a lot of equipment. It’s really the most basic need for a slot machine to keep the floor running — monitors, touchscreens, buttons.
We offer things like monitors, touch screens, and buttons, but right now, our top sellers are touchscreens and i-Decks. People break a lot of parts — sometimes on purpose when they get angry! Players will slam buttons or hit the screens with their rings, and when that happens, our customers come straight to us for repairs.
Jennifer Gonzalez: Printers and bill validators are also big for us. Those are constant needs on the floor.
You’ve mentioned international clients. Are you seeing growing interest from operators outside the U.S.? What are those conversations like?
Jennifer Gonzalez: Right now, one of the main topics internationally is tariffs. Shipping parts outside the U.S. often comes with extra costs, and that’s a big part of the discussion — how we can help operators manage that.
Because we manufacture a lot of items ourselves — like the Ceronix line and our chairs — shipping abroad can be complicated, but people are still willing to pay the difference for quality products. That’s a big selling point for us: great customer service, consistent inventory, and reliable supply.
People from other countries know they can count on us. They appreciate that we keep our inventory high and that we’re dependable, even with shipping and tariff challenges.

Last year, Patriot Gaming announced a move to a larger facility in Henderson and an expansion in New Jersey. Where does the company stand now in terms of its U.S. growth and ability to assist operators nationwide?
Michael Goodpaster: If you’re not thinking three steps ahead in this industry, you’re already one step behind — and that’s what we’re trying to avoid. We’re always moving forward, anticipating the needs of an ever-growing industry.
You look around the show floor here and see so many new and exciting products and technologies. Our goal is to stay on top of those changes, to be part of that innovation, and to fill the gaps our customers need filled.
Clare Brubaker: We like to be a one-stop shop. That’s been a big part of our mission. A customer can come to us for everything — cleaning products, chairs, touchscreens, buttons, even pens.
The idea is that they don’t have to go to multiple vendors. They can come to Patriot, know our quality and reliability, and we’ll take care of it all.
