The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida will break ground on more than $40 million in enhancements to the Miccosukee Casino & Resort.
The event, set for 11:00 a.m. this Thursday in the resort’s courtyard, marks the beginning of a major expansion designed to elevate guest experiences and strengthen the Tribe’s hospitality offerings.
Planned improvements include a resort-style pool and lazy river, a multi-purpose entertainment facility, and infrastructure upgrades to improve accessibility and operations. The project is being developed in collaboration with Arcadis, EDSA, Dade Construction, and Martin Aquatic.
“Our tribe continues to invest in the community and our people – creating new ways for guests to experience our hospitality, culture, and entertainment,” said Lucas Osceola, Assistant Chairman of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida. “These projects represent progress, pride, and the next step in a much larger vision for Miccosukee’s future.”
Tribal leaders, community members, dignitaries, and media are invited to attend the event to celebrate the start of the new development phase.
